Expected Despatch Date
When you confirm your order, we will advise you of the expected despatch date of your order. This is an ‘on or about’ date based on our best predictions of the current production queue and workload. Your order may be ready sooner or later than your expected despatch date – though generally only by a day or two – so please be aware of this and plan your orders accordingly. Please do not leave ordering your ribbon to the last minute or assume that we can fit in your urgent order. Unavoidable delays can occur and while we do our very best, some things (like couriers) are out of our control.
If this is the first time you have ordered with us, we will require payment prior to despatching of your order and we’ll email you an invoice before your order is ready. Existing customers on a 30 day account will receive their invoice with the goods. In most cases, your invoice will form part of the delivery label. Please make sure you notify us of any changes to your delivery address since your last order.
Carriers We Use
We use a combination of local and interstate couriers and the Australia Post Express Post delivery network. Depending on your location and the carrier, your order can take up to 7 to 10 working days. Orders are despatched from our factory in Melbourne, so Melbourne and Sydney metro areas generally take 1 to 3 working days. Regional areas of Queensland and Western Australia can take up to 10 working days.
We do not use same day guaranteed couriers, but if you require this service, you are welcome to organise your own courier. Please note that you need to advise us at least 2 days before the expected despatch date that you will be organising your own courier, and we will advise you when your order is ready to be collected so you can arrange it. Please do not arrange for your order to be picked up if we have not contacted you to let you know when your order will be ready.
Our Busy Times
Our busiest time of year is October and November in the lead up to Christmas. Please be aware that production times may be pushed out a few days during this period, and that carriers often take an extra day or two to deliver items the closer it gets to Christmas. So get your orders in with plenty of time to spare during this period. We will always do our best to meet timeframes, but during busy times there often isn’t the flexibility to adjust our production queue to individual requirements.
My Order is Late
We have tracking numbers available for every order that we despatch. If we have not advised you of your tracking number on despatch, please contact us for the tracking number if your order has not arrived within the expected time frame.
